US customers tour our supply chain

It’s been a busy few weeks showcasing Harmony’s operations and supply chain – and we’ve loved every minute of it.

Last week we had the pleasure of hosting our US brand partner ThinkCulinary along with their customers Halperns' Steak & Seafood and West Coast Prime Meats.

They spent time with our farmers and breeders in western Victoria, toured Hell’s Gate Feedlot in southern NSW and visited our processing partner, G&K O’Connor, at Pakenham, Victoria.

Being on the other side of the world, this visit was an incredible opportunity for our US customers to truly appreciate the scale of our operations and the attention to detail that goes into every stage of our supply chain.

The US remains one of Harmony’s strongest export markets. As consumers look for more restaurant-quality meals at home, coupled with the welcome removal of US tariffs on Aussie beef, we expect demand for high-quality product to continue to rise. And with such strong partnerships on the ground, we can't wait to see our Wagyu on even more plates.
