Meet Robin Zeon. A member of our sales team, he plays a key role in bringing people together across North America and the Middle East to enjoy our premium-branded beef.
A butcher by trade, Robin has spent his entire career working in the meat industry.
He’s spent the past six years working in domestic sales roles, gaining exposure to all aspects of the supply chain. Keen to cut his teeth managing export markets for a premium beef producer, he joined Harmony late last year.
“I love the customer interactions that come with the job – learning more about their needs, different markets and strengthening relationships. Spending time with our longstanding partners and customers in these markets recently, it’s been great to see firsthand the excellent reputation our Wagyu has for quality and consistency,” Robin said.
“The foodservice scene is growing in Dubai and demand for Australian Wagyu in the USA continues to rise, so there are some exciting opportunities for us to continue to grow our reach.”
And his favourite Wagyu cut?
“Flank Steak cooked over fire and served with chimichurri. Not only does fire bring out a greater depth of flavour, but it’s also more theatrical and enjoyable than cooking in a pan or on a gas BBQ.”
