First fullblood Black Wagyu calf for 2025

New year, new beginnings! It's been an exciting start to the year for Harmony with the arrival of our first fullblood Black Wagyu calf for 2025 over the weekend.

Our fullblood breeding program continues to go from strength to strength, ensuring continuous improvement in our product and offerings for years to come. Since commencing the program in 2023, 132 calves have been born.

In another major milestone, the first calves to be born from Harmony-bred fullblood Black Wagyu cattle will arrive in March to mothers born in late 2023.

We're proud of the fact that our breeding program continues to produce fullblood animals that are at the very top of the Wagyu herd outside of Japan. In fact, 20 of our calves are in the top 1% of the breed globally. The progress we’re making shows that we can make a genuine contribution to Wagyu genetics.
