Meet Viola Ge

Meet Viola Ge, one of our newest sales managers. She’s focused on selling our premium-branded beef throughout Asia.

She’s worked in the Australian meat industry for almost a decade and has extensive experience in export sales in Asian markets.

Born in China and with a degree in bio-chemical engineering, Viola started her career in wine exports before moving into meat. She’s passionate about promoting exceptional produce and building strong connections with customers.

“This is a dream job for me. I feel privileged to be working with one of the largest Wagyu producers in the world. While our products are already sought after by amazing chefs and restaurants, there is so much potential to grow and expand our reach throughout Asia,” Viola said.

“I’m enjoying working with such a supportive and diverse team. There’s a real focus on continuous improvement and innovation which excites me.

“Most importantly, there’s a very caring culture here that flows all the way down to our customers. Everyone cares about their work and that shows in the quality and consistency of our products.”
