Aussie Beef Mates visit to breeding hub

There's no better feeling than opening our gates to chefs, food professionals and influencers who are passionate about putting premium Aussie beef on the world stage.

It was a privilege to welcome a group of 21 global culinary leaders from 13 key export markets to Harmony's Murrindindi Breeding Hub over the weekend as part of Meat & Livestock Australia's Aussie Beef Mates program.

They saw how we're creating an elite breeding nucleus and one of the leading Wagyu herds in the world outside of Japan to deliver even-better quality products. They heard how we've built a strong and stable supply chain focused on quality and consistency at every stage.

A highlight was watching the group use their culinary skills to cook our award-winning Wagyu for lunch and enjoy the quality themselves.

The group is participating in a week-long immersion in Victoria's beef industry, connecting with producers, chefs, butchers and experts across the supply chain. It's all designed to strengthen demand for Aussie beef across Asia, the US, the UK and the Middle East.
