Another epic Best of Beef battle

We were thrilled to go head-to-head with O'Connor Beef for San Telmo's annual Best of Beef.

Now in its fourth year, the competition pitted our Black Opal Wagyu against O’Connor Beef’s Angus. It showcased the distinct marbling, flavour and texture of each producer’s cuts.

It’s always a hotly contested battle and this year was no exception. We love going up against the best – it keeps us on our game – and can’t wait to do it all again next year.

Hats off to head chef Marcelo Narveaz and his team for creating such outstanding dishes.
