Chef Harlan Goldstein visits us
We had the pleasure of hosting award-winning chef Harlan Goldstein on his first tour of an Australian Wagyu supply chain.
Chef Harlan serves Black Opal Wagyu at his Thailand restaurants, and was keen to see how our integrated supply chain and signature process deliver the consistency, deep marbling and bold flavour he values.
He spent time at our Kalatha property learning how our breeding program underscores our commitment to delivering an exceptional eating experience. He also gave our team a taste of his talents, cooking up a Cube Roll for lunch.
