Strengthening relationships in North America

It was fantastic to be back in North America making new connections, catching up with friends, and talking about why quality and consistency matter in every cut.

We've been at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago with our USA partners ThinkCulinary and Halperns' Steak & Seafood. With 50,000+ foodservice professionals under one roof, it was a great way to broaden Harmony's reach in a market where our exports continue to rise.

From tastings at the stand to a special ThinkCulinary dinner at RPM Steak, all the chefs involved brought out the full flavour of our award-winning Black Opal Wagyu.

Away from the show, we saw firsthand how our Wagyu is making its mark across the USA and Canada. We spent time with the Halperns' team at their Baltimore facility, met Consumers Packing Company in Chicago, and headed up to Toronto to visit The Butcher Shoppe. It was wonderful to see Black Opal on the menus of some exceptional restaurants along the way.

A big thanks to everyone who hosted us, showcased our product and supported our brands. We're excited for what's to come in North America.
