Meet Caleb Baldock

Meet Caleb Baldock. After changing gears to transport feed and livestock across Australia, he’s recently returned to Dimboola Feedlot as Assistant Manager – and we’re thrilled to have him back.

Born and bred in Dimboola, Caleb wanted to venture further afield and explore a different part of the supply chain. Life on the road for weeks at a time can be tough, so he was keen to work closer to home. As luck would have it, an opportunity came up to rejoin Harmony.

“I had a great experience here the first time I was part of the team. It’s such a family-oriented company – nothing is ever too hard; you just have to ask. I’d been a feedlot assistant and maintenance supervisor before, so returning as Assistant Manager was a chance to take the next step.”

From keeping our cattle happy and healthy to supporting the team, Caleb thrives on the variety each day brings.

“No two days are ever the same, which is why I love the place. I enjoy managing the team, improving how we do things, and constantly learning – whether that’s genetics, breeding or livestock management. We all take pride in giving the cattle the best possible care and producing a top-quality product.”
